Project Pan Update!

There’s a bunch of stuff here so it’s going to be a long post. Grab a cup of tea and settle back. Let’s move from left to right

• Molton Brown invigorating suma ginseng bath & shower gel. it’s clearly a travel size and I loved it.
• Elemis Pro-Collagen Quartz Lift Serum. It was good but oh so expensive.
• Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel. I freaking love this stuff. It smells amazing and makes my skin so smooth. I really want a new one.
• Decleor Aroma NightBeauty Creme. I did like this, again expensive but worth it.
• MakeUp Academy’s Mascara in Brown. It’s okay and does the job. I won’t be buying it again as it dried up before I had a chance to use it.
• MakeUp Academy’s Matte Perfect Loose Powder. No, I would not get it again, it’s very very yellow so not good for my pale skin.
• L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes Diamond LTD Mascara. It’s a nice mascara but not something I’d get in the non LTD version.
• Boots Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Body Scrub. It’s nice but I think I’ll stick to my loofah.
• Decleor Aroma Night Balm. An extra shot of moisture for your skin before sleep. I find my coconut oil does the same but if I want a treat I’ll probably get this.
• Dermalogica Daily Defence SPF 30. I do like this for extra coverage when my moisturiser doesn’t have it in. Most of mine currently do so I won’t be getting it again just yet.
• MakeUp Academy Mascara in Green. Again not a repurchase, it dried up long before I had a chance to use it all and it was only okay.
• Lime Crime’s White Eyeliner. Fuck no. Made my eyes water.
• Body Shop’s Peppermint foot lotion. Good if you haven’t got really dry skin. I have on my feet.
• MakeUp Academy’s £1 liquid eyeliner. I hate this. It’s rubbish. How I ended up with more than one I just don’t know.

So on a buying ban at the moment except for IMATS. So hopefully a few more of these posts.

I have four things for you on this project pan update. One isn’t pictured above.

The not pictured item is Lime Crime’s eyeshadow base. This is because it’s in little pieces. I cut it up to get the remaining product out, which was well worth it. There were about two months of product left inside. Will I repurchase? I don’t think it’s still available.

The short stubby pencil is Urban Decay’s Zero 24/7 pencil. There is nothing left because the middle fell out when attempting to sharpen it at the size. Will I repurchase? Probably not. Not because its a bad product but I have a couple of them and I prefer the shade perversion.

The Penultimate eyeliner from MAC. I bought this with the MAC Maleificent items and it was horrible. It’s dry. It won’t draw on my eyes. It’s possibly the most rubbish liner I’ve ever had the misfortune to buy. Will I repurchase? God no. Total waste of money.

The powder foundation is from Illamasqua. I love this foundation but it’s so soft carrying it around is impossible. It breaks so easily. Will I repurchase? Yes.

Project Pan update for 2015

So the first update is one empty eyeshadow pan, one eyeliner and one foundation.

The eyeshadow pan is Lime Crime, it’s from the Alchemy set. It’s Spellbound and yes you can see glitter in there. I did use the empty pan to mix glitter in. Will I repurchase? No, it’s not available.

The liner was a limited edition L’oreal Super Liner. I really loved this and will eventually go back for the normal black version.

The foundation was Neal’s Yard Cosmetics Mineral foundation. It’s nice and it gave good coverage. However, I already have a very pale face and this was not a matt foundation. I’m not likely to buy this again but it is a very good mineral foundation and very very light. So if you’re looking for a dewy look mineral foundation this is a good one.
