Brows are my weakest part of my routine, I’m just not very good at them. I also don’t have a lot of eyebrow hair. So when I saw these I felt a little bit excited as they’re just what I need to fill them in.

Lime-Crime-Bushy-Brow-Precision-Pen-Redhead-TipSo let us start with the pen.

It’s got a superfine brush tip and you barely need any pressure to create a lovely fine line. You’re better off flicking this up to create the illusion of hair.
Now I’m going to say here, it might take a little practice to get this right, especially if like me you have a tremor. However, it’s probably the easiest way for me to create extra hairs on my brows. I have a short brow on one side of my face too and this has been a godsend to fill in the space that has no hair at all.
I chose the redhead colour as it’s closest to my natural colour and after a few uses I really began to like it. First I thought it was a little light but really I just was pressing too hard.

I’m less of a fan of this one, mine at least comes out loaded with products and that means it’s messy. I mean the extra colour and thickness it gives my brow hairs is nice. The extra product though has me going through my brows again with a different clear gel to tidy up.
Would the clear one be better? Most likely.
If it came out less wet I’d love it, as it does make them stay all day. Also, I think I’d find it easier to brush my hairs into place without the amount of product that comes out on mine.
I can’t say I hate it. I really do want to try the clear one now, to see if that makes a difference, as well as to find out if I got a bad one.

I definitely love the pen and I really now want to try the clear gel. They’re not cheap but they’ve given me the best brows I’ve had so far.

The Bushy Brow Pen costs $20 and the Bushy Brow Gel costs $18 from Lime Crime. They’re also available on Boots for £18.50 or £16.50 respectively.
