The Holiday glow set costs $21 from Lime Crime or £17 from UK Suppliers. Each set contains 3 mini plushies with 1.4 ml each. They are vegan and cruelty-free.
Glow like a snow globe and dip into the limited-edition mini Holiday Plushies Glow set! One coat is all you need for that coveted my-lips-but-better effect or build to your liking for more intensity. The soft focus formula enhances natural lip color while making your lips look as plush as a teddy bear with a shimmer finish.
The packaging is in the shape of a bauble with a ribbon on the top, so if you were so inclined you could put this on your tree. It’s covered in glitter but that doesn’t come off so you have no worries there. I’m not 100% sold on the packaging, it’s certainly in the same Plain Jane design they’ve been using this past year. The bottles are just mini versions of the full sizes with again a smaller applicator. This means they’re very cute.
The finish is the same as that of the full-size metallic plushies. The plushies formula is my least favourite of Lime Crime’s lip offerings. I don’t find them uncomfortable to wear but I do know I’m wearing them, compared to the Velvetine’s formula. I also find they don’t last as long but all in all they’re a good product.
Plum Pudding: Cool lilac, this one is on the sheer side and as a result looks pinker on me. That’s just my natural lip colour showing through.
Strawberry Fizz: Medium mauve pink. This is not mauve to me in the slightest, even in the bottle I’d not describe it as such and it definitely looks more peach on my lips.
Fruitcake: Berry pink. The strongest colour with the best coverage. It’s my favourite of the set.
I like this set, the colours are all unique to it. My favourite is Fruitcake, it has the best coverage.
