Lime Crime Hi-Lite Angel Palette Review & Swatches

Lime Crime Angels Highlighter Hi Lite Palette

The Angels Hi-lite palette is £34 from UK suppliers or $38 from Lime Crime direct. It has 21 grams of product and a 12-month shelf life once opened. It is vegan and cruelty-free.

Can I just say I love the packaging? It’s a white/blue iridescent cardboard. I simply love the way this looks and how it shifts colour. It’s quite heavy and has a magnetic closure. It doesn’t have a mirror, which helps keep it lighter.

Of all of the Hi-lite palettes from Lime Crime, this is the lightest and the most pastel. For a pale princess like me, that means it’s pretty much perfect in the depth department.

There are 3 shades

  • Heaven 24/7 – described as a white iridescent, which I’d say is true
  • Halo – described as Pink/Gold/Green, although it mainly comes off as pink with gold glitter.
  • Celestial – described as cloud blue, which I’d say is true.

They’re very easy to place and do look good. They do have a white base so if you’re of a deeper skin tone you might want to give these a miss.

The only thing you might want to take into account is how glittery these are. You’re not going to get fall out (I didn’t) but most of the shine from these seem to come from minute shimmer particles that look like glitter.

The powders are really soft too, so don’t go too hard with these or drop it because they will break.

If you’d like one, Angels Hi-lite palette is £34 from UK suppliers or $38 from Lime Crime direct.
