Electric Dreams Baked Palette from Revolution Review & Swatches

If you’re a lover of Makeup Revolution you know there is a flurry of releases by them right now. This is one of the products which has kind of got lost in the avalanche of great new products. That’s a bit of a shame really given how good this product is.

This product is the 5 Baked Eyeshadows. They cost £2.50 from Makeup Revolution and this is the one in Electric Dreams.

You get five complementary shades, one of which is a highlight. These are great sets  for creating a couple of looks from the one palette. In this palette you get (from left to right)

  • Lavender purple with pink shift
  • Shimmery white
  • Mauve taupe with a pink shift
  • Lilac with silver shift
  • Damson purple with a violet shift

The colours are nice and opaque even without a base. They have an awesome shimmer and are soft and buttery. There’s a surprisingly small amount of fall out given the domed shape of the shadow.
Over the course of 8 hours there was little to no fading or creasing  with these shadows.

All in all they’re fantastic shadows and I can’t find fault with them.
