As the name suggests this is a lilac coloured lipstick. It’s such a pretty purple shade in the bullet that it’s slightly disappointing that it turns much pinker when applied to the lips. However, that can be seen as a good thing as it avoids making you look like you’re in need of medical attention.
It’s a matte lipstick, so it’s dry. It’s certainly not the most drying lipstick I’ve worn and it fares a lot better in that respect than Illamasqua’s matte lipsticks. As with all other matte lipsticks, it does need chapped free lips to go on.
It does have extended wear over its creamy counterparts. It was last a good 5 hours if you’re not going to eat. It barely comes off on cups. However, just like normal lipsticks, it won’t outlast a meal.
Here’s the best bit though. It’s just £1.
I have to say I love this lipstick. It’s a great colour and it lasts. I’d recommend this.
